What type of talks have you presented in the past?
Stress
Brain health & wellbeing; A holistic approach to untangling the degenerating brains The talk emphasizes the importance of brain health in maintaining cognitive functions and preventing neurological disorders. It discusses how aging and stressors can negatively affect brain health through inflammation and epigenetic impairment
leading to cognitive decline. Stress management is highlighted as crucial
yet often overlooked. While genetic and pharmacological approaches dominate
environmental and social interventions are underrated. Although lifestyle changes are recommended
effective treatments for neurodegenerative disorders are lacking. Anti-stress therapies like exercise and meditation promise to improve well-being and potentially restore brain health.
